Hey, I’m Bheem Rathore — growth hacker, entrepreneur, and defense-tech builder.

I didn’t start with much. Back in 2011, I was running on a monthly allowance of ₹1800 — ₹400 of that went straight to internet café sessions. No laptop. No desktop. Just grit and a burning desire to build.

By 9th grade, I knew entrepreneurship was my path. That fire brought me to Ahmedabad, where I began blogging about startups, tech, personal branding, and deep tech—long before they became buzzwords. I wasn’t chasing money. I was mastering the game.

Fast forward: I’ve helped Founders, Directors, and MDs unlock growth using a blend of strategy, automation, and raw hustle.

Until October 2024, I led Kodainya, a tech agency specializing in AI, GenAI, and future-focused technologies. We didn’t just ship code—we scaled impact across the US, UK, Australia, Indonesia, and Switzerland.

Today, I’m all in—building in defense, drones, and deep tech. I move at the intersection of military innovation, AI, and cyber capabilities. Think stealth mindset, strategic growth, and serious execution.
